Harry founded Archimedes after 17 years in healthcare private equity to bring long-term, sustainable value to an industry at the crossroads. Since launching AHI in 2015, he’s led investments totaling $200 million across four portfolio companies. Previously, he led the healthcare effort at Oak Hill Capital Partners, making private equity investments with a total enterprise value of $3 billion. Harry has helped form several corporate strategic partnerships, including joint ventures with Henry Schein and Ascension Health. As a past board member of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare and an adviser to the Radiation Therapy Alliance, Harry has helped shape national healthcare policy. Several of his past investments are now multi-billion-dollar public companies, including Accolade, Covetrus, R1 Health and Jazz Pharma.

Harry Eichelberger

Mark brings more than 30 years of healthcare operating and investing experience to Archimedes, where he guides portfolio companies to enhance value and lead their categories. From 2010 to 2016, he served as Senior Advisor at Oak Hill Capital Partners, a private equity firm with $10 billion under management. He has also served as a General Partner at Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, a venture capital firm managing nearly $2 billion. He’s held CEO positions with the Forum Group, a $200 million senior housing business, and American Whole Health, a network focused on conventional medicine and wellness. He sits on the boards of National Partners in Healthcare, Elara Caring, Verisma, Panorama Eyecare, Home Style Direct, M2Orthopedics, and Positive Development.

Mark Pacala

Jamie works closely with our portfolio management teams to develop, track and execute on the strategic initiatives that fuel their expansion and impact. He helped to launch two new platform investments, Panorama Eyecare and M2Orthopedics, for Archimedes and close on over 14 add-on acquisitions within existing portfolio companies. Jamie joined AHI in 2018 after serving as an analyst in the Industrials M&amp;A Group at Barclays. He graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in 2016.

Jamie Muresanu

Alisha evaluates new investment opportunities and delivers operational insights to support growth and strategic partnerships within our portfolio companies. She brings investment experience from key industry sectors, including healthcare services, medtech, and consumer healthcare. She joined AHI in 2021 after working as an associate at Avista Capital Partners and an analyst at J.P. Morgan Investment banking. Alisha graduated from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2016.

Alisha Chen

As an associate with AHI, Pranay evaluates new opportunities and supports the portfolio across business development and growth-focused operations. He joined AHI in 2021 after working as an associate at Goldman Sachs Investment banking. Pranay graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
